The Supervisory Program Analyst (SPA) is located in the Office of the Anesthesiology Care Line at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. The SPA serves as the Anesthesiology Care Line (ACL) coordinator, advisor, analyst, and planner for the delivery of health care services within the ACL. The SPA has the principal responsibility to assist the Care Line Executive, the Deputy Executive and Section Chiefs by fulfilling management and administrative duties.
What You'll Do
- →Advises, instructs, and consults with problem elements Works closely with these affiliated institution in providing clinical education opportunities to residents, student registered nurse anesthesiologist, and other trainees.
- →Ability to work closely with the Baylor College of Medicine in coordination of staff anesthesiologist to serve as faculty in the anesthesiology education program.
- →Telework: Ad-hoc; Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
