This position is located in the Division of Operations Management, Office of the General Counsel, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The purpose of this position is to serve as the first line supervisor and as a technical specialist for the Agency's electronic case management system.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Program Analyst (NxGen) (Electronic Case Management Supervisor), GS-0343-13, your typical work assignments may include: Participating in the development and deployment of Headquarters/Regional Office user requirements and system design and updating the electronic case management system.
- →Planning, scheduling, conducting, and/or coordinating various types of studies or projects to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations as it relates to the electronic case management system.
- →Gathering, analyzing, and/or evaluating information and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and the electronic case management system.
- →Providing technical and administrative supervision and direction to subordinate staff members Preparing and/or reviewing documents, written instructions and material for users.
