You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform the full range of duties as a first level supervisor including evaluating performance of subordinates.
- →You will approve eligible employee's within-grade pay raises and interviews and has selection authority for highly qualified positions up to and including the GS-12 level.
- →You will exercise disciplinary responsibility in accordance with higher authority regulations as necessary within assigned Division.
- →You will be responsible for assigning and monitoring workload to ensure that all work is distributed based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments.
- →You will set priorities of tasks and duties for subordinates, revises schedules when necessary and provides advice or instructions on methodology.
