You will serve as a SUPEVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT GROUP, WEAPONS AND WARFARE SYSTEMS TEST DEPARTMENT, WEAPONS TEST & EVALUATION DIVISION, AIR & STRIKE WEAPONS T&E BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide technical Test and Evaluation leadership and guidance in a core functional areas of the branch.
- →You will plan and evaluate employee performance plans and individual development plans; evaluates employee work performance and makes recommendations for status changes and promotions.
- →You will support the design of test programs to assess the performance of systems and weapon system concepts.
- →You will develop test methods for evaluate performance and design test scenario(s) to yield valid and measurable quantitative test results.
- →You will analyze test data (real-time and post-mission) to understand test results, draw conclusions and assess mission results.
