This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - HaC Operations Support Office - Knowledge, Growth and Innovation Division (J9/HC13)
What You'll Do
- →Directs division operations through subordinate branch supervisors to establish long-term program schedules, workloads, and milestone plans.
- →Establishes performance guidelines and expectations for subordinate staff to define individual standards within the performance management system.
- →Coordinates program reviews with technical and financial working groups to ensure workforce milestones comply with federal statutes and policies.
- →Directs administrative and business services, managing space allocation, manpower analyses, and personnel actions for the information mission.
- →Advises senior leadership on personnel issues, evaluating staffing requirements and compensation levels to maintain optimal resource alignment.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-15 grade level.
