You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DPERTMENT of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS COMMAND. Serves as Senior Program Analyst Supervisor and provides support for all Navy Housing Programs.
What You'll Do
- →You will advise managers and analysts of corrective actions needed to maintain cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
- →You will negotiate recommendations involving resources or changes to projects or programs.
- →You will collaborate with managers and personnel to implement process changes.
- →You will develop solutions for discrepancies in program analysis.
- →You will document program process improvement initiatives on assigned programs.
- →You will make formal and informal presentations on approaches, findings, or recommendations to senior leaders.
