The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Chief, Requirements Branch within the Requirements and Technology (RT) Division and as a first level supervisor, provide planning guidance, direct, organize, and exercise control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to USCENTCOM/CCJ8-RT-R.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Requirements Branch, ensuring it complies with legal and regulatory requirements under Title 10 of the United States Code and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and counsels employees on policies, procedures, and management directives.
- →Represents Headquarters, United States Central Command with a variety of acquisition and requirement functions.
- →Oversees the development, staffing and submission of by law required, HQ USCENTCOM Commander-endorsed, annual Integrated Priority List (IPL), Program Budget Review (PBR) Submission, and Unfunded Priority List (UPL).
