You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER in the New Construction Aircraft Carrier Division, Waterfront Operations Department (150) of SUPSHIP.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Senior Civilian for Aircraft Carriers Networks/Electronics Construction and Networks/Electronics Test Integration for the New Construction Aircraft Carrier Division.
- →You will be responsible for coordination, management and administration of assigned projects.
- →You will be responsible for interagency coordination of the Networks/Electronics test program for new construction carriers and ensure actions taken are in conformance with contract and specification requirements.
- →You will direct subordinates in contract review, strategy, and execution within assigned areas of responsibility.
- →You will serve as the coordinator and focal point for all Networks/Electronics test integration and waterfront operations initiatives, and issues including delinquencies, status, certification, and test coordination.
- →You will be responsible for programmatic oversight of the platform test program, and shall develop, maintain, assess, and report metrics internally and to appropriate Government stakeholders.
- →You will coordinate the planning of the various special tests and trials of ship related to Networks/Electronics and their associated control/monitoring for presentation for Government acceptance of the ship.
- →You will develop and manage the annual Division budget for training, overtime, and travel cost, as well as any other items for which budgetary input is required.
- →You will manage activities by general policy guidance and acceptance of work, and supervise the activities of assigned personnel, as workload dictates.
- →You will make decisions on work problems presented by subordinates You will evaluate the performance of subordinates.
