What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Branch Chief with supervisory authority over a subordinate staff that provides operational adviceand guidance in assigned areas.
- →Plans and integrates functions of the Branch supporting customers within the US European Command (EUCOM), US Africa Command (AFRICOM), and US Central Command (CENTCOM) areas of operation.
- →Plans and integrates functions of the Branch which may include the Subsistence Prime Vendor and Operational Rations program.
- →Provides direction and oversight for the implementation of evolving business strategies and acquisition initiatives at all levels in programs supporting EUCOM, AFRICOM, and CENTCOM.
- →Provides technical guidance at all levels on the Subsistence Prime Vendor, Clothing and Textile, Construction and Equipment, and Medical and Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) programs Responsible for the overall management of Troop Issue operational rations stocks located at depots throughout the areas of operation.
- →Ensures contract management, quality assurance, customer liaison, depot storage and all related program functions are in consonance with applicable DoW, DLA and DLA Troop Support policy guidance.
