About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W1E8AA USA INTELLIGENCE CTR OF EXCELLENCE.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the organization’s focal point for overseeing and managing the all contracting efforts of various types of contracts, techniques for contracting or procurement, and contract negotiation and administration.
- →Applies principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing projects and resources, including technical performance.
- →Directs all acquired employee formal training or extensive on-the-job experience to perform one's job; works with, understands, and evaluates technical information related to the job; advises others on technical issues.
- →Conveying concise and coherent technical requirements, solutions, and problems to peers, superiors, and corporate level industry officials both orally and in writing.
