What You'll Do
- →As the Supervisory Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties: Serves as the Deputy Director of the Acquisition Management and functions as the senior contracting authority in the Director's absence, providing executive leadership and technical oversight for $6 Billion annual acquisition mission supporting stores worldwide.
- →Directs complex, full-lifecycle acquisition programs and major resale commodity contracts, providing senior-level expertise, negotiation leadership, and authoritative regulatory determinations.
- →Reviews acquisition strategies, solicitation packages, waiver requests, and contract actions, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate pricing based on market indices, and mission-optimized outcomes.
- →Leads, supervises, and evaluates a multidisciplinary acquisition workforce, executing full supervisory responsibilities and overseeing long-range planning, market research, business systems integration, and organizational development.
- →Resolves high-visibility or politically sensitive acquisition issues; prepares Agency protest responses; and represents the Enterprise with senior leaders, industry executives, accountability officers, and other external stakeholders.
