About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for certain personnel of the DOD workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) handles the day-to-day operations of Army installations.
What You'll Do
- →Maintains communications with mobile patrol units and posts and passes directions and information to subordinates.
- →Coordinates desk operations with shifts and ensures that incomplete actions are fully understood.
- →Prepare decisions papers to support a particular position on law enforcement issues.
- →Ensures that the work assignments of subordinate employees are carried out.
- →Ensures proper response to various calls for law enforcement services at all levels.
- →Identifies developmental and training needs of employees.
- →Develop policies and procedures from agency guidance.
