About the Role
About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency, CBMH Puyallup, DIR of Branch Clinics Army Health Clinic Family Medicine Service, in Puyallup, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide comprehensive primary care using independent clinical judgment, including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and referral across medical, surgical, obstetric, gynecologic, and orthopedic conditions.
- →Manage an assigned patient panel and ensure coordinated, continuous, patient-centered care across multidisciplinary teams and all elements of the healthcare system.
- →Document all clinical services accurately and in accordance with regulations, policies, and established procedures.
- →Teach and consult with other healthcare providers and participate in Continuing Medical Education, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities.
- →Supervise assigned healthcare personnel, including assigning work, providing technical oversight, evaluating performance, interviewing candidates, recommending personnel actions, and addressing training and disciplinary needs
