About the Position: The NCR-Network Office is located at 6000 MacArthur Blvd in Bethesda, MD. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Prepare, gather, and analyze key management information related to clinical policy and medical management, producing complex reports for high-priority clinical areas of interest for higher headquarters.
- →Analyze and advise on workforce alignment, staffing, and operational governance.
- →Collaborate with leadership on the development and integration of clinical policies and guidelines for providers and national clinical quality and patient safety improvement policies.
- →Represent Network leadership in governance bodies, senior leadership forums, and external partnerships to advance scalable solutions and best practices.
- →Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing effort to enhance patient safety and improve clinical outcomes.
- →Provide the full range of supervisory duties over multidisciplinary teams and professional staff.
