The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Chief, Media Division in the Directorate of Strategic Marketing at a major command (MAJCOM) with responsibility for directing the activities of the Division.
What You'll Do
- →Plan, organize and oversee the activities of the division and formulate program goals, policies, procedures and work plans dealing with the development of operation of command-wide Marketing Media functions and activities.
- →Balance workload and provide overall direction and vision to the subordinates and leads on a wide range of Marketing Media functions.
- →Develop comprehensive national recruiting advertising strategies, communications objectives and marketing strategies that communicate effectively across the broadest landscape of the American public.
- →Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management.
- →Hold employees responsible for satisfactory completion of work assignments.
- →Maintain strategic liaison with all Department of Air Force (DAF) components to remain current on web platform strategies media planning and buying requirements while ensuring advertising programs maximize available discounts and cost savings measures through strategic procurement and vendor management.
