About the Position: This Supervisory Management and Program Analyst position is located at Aberdeen Test Center, Command Staff (S-1) with duty location of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. (merit) This a re-announcement of previous announcement SDSE-26-12965984-MP.
What You'll Do
- →Interprets and applies regulations, policies, and directives to advise leadership and ensure accurate execution of HR and administrative functions.
- →Performs expert analysis of administrative and HR processes, identifying deficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- →Oversees and directs personnel program staff, ensuring accurate execution of civilian and military HR functions Leads and directs daily operations of the Directorate, ensuring effective team based execution of mission requirements Reviews and updates Position Descriptions to ensure accuracy, currency, and alignment with mission needs.
