This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Serving as the first-line supervisor and technical expert within the Administrative Services Division (MS), the incumbent reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Management & Administration in the Office of the Chief of Management and Administration (M).
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: Direct and continuously improves comprehensive administrative services across multiple organizational units, including personnel operations, budget and financial management, travel, records management, public transit subsidy program, space utilization, and facility logistics.
- →Lead workflow analysis, internal control reviews, and process improvement initiatives to optimize resource allocation, mitigate operational risks, and ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals.
- →Formulate and implements division-wide policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures to guarantee compliance with federal laws, regulations, and agency directives.
- →Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and provides supervision to subordinate CORs.
- →Oversee acquisition activities and small purchases, establishing strict internal controls to ensure absolute adherence to federal laws, regulations, and agency directives.
- →Direct the agency's Workplace Accommodation Program, ensuring total legal and regulatory compliance regarding disability, pregnancy, religious accommodations, and personal assistance services.
Requirements
- ✓The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.
- ✓One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.

- ✓A probationary or trial period may be required.
- ✓Continued employment is contingent upon supervisory certification that continued employment will benefit the Federal Service; the certification will occur no less than 30 days before the end of the probationary/trial period.
- ✓A one year supervisory or managerial probationary period may be required.
- ✓Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- ✓If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
- ✓Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form i-9.
- ✓Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.
- ✓Obtain and use a Government-issued charge card for business-related travel.
- ✓Work is primarily sedentary, involving routine office activities such as sitting, standing, and working at a computer.
- ✓Occasional lifting or carrying of light items such as files, documents, or office supplies may be required.
