What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, at the GS-14 level, you will perform the following duties: Provides recommendations to higher-level management on personnel actions such as promotions, disciplinary actions, and awards.
- →Identifies training and developmental needs for staff or subordinate supervisors and their teams, facilitating access to professional development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities.
- →Ensures that resources are managed efficiently and effectively, tracking expenditures, addressing resource gaps, and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
- →Coordinate team efforts across organizational units and external stakeholders, ensuring that all work integrates into broader agency initiatives.
