What You'll Do
- →WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: Provide administrative and fiscal guidance and responsibility for budgetary, administrative, human resources, operations facility management and contracting functions.
- →Provide leadership, direction, coordination and control over Bureau financial operations to ensure balance, comprehensive support and guidance.
- →Review and evaluate policies to determine appropriate changes to improve the efficiency of current operations.
- →Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve the effectiveness and management of assigned programs, processes, projects and systems.
- →Perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
