About the Role

This position is located in the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Planning, Evaluation, and Policy Development (OPEPD), Student Privacy Policy Office (SPPO). SPPO is responsible for enforcing two federal laws that provide parents and student with certain privacy rights, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), and for providing technical assistance.

  • Relocation will not be paid.
  • Must complete a background investigation and fingerprint check.
  • You may be subject to serve a one-year supervisory probationary period.
