What You'll Do
- →The Office of Business Services advises the Chairman on his or her internal and external activities and strategy; plans his or her schedule, conducts interagency, stakeholder and business engagements on his or her behalf; and works with all Bank divisions to prepare briefing materials, among other duties.
- →Duties include, but are not limited to: Plans, directs, integrates, and oversees Front Office operations to ensure seamless execution of executive responsibilities in support of mission objectives and executive leadership requirements.
- →Directs and manages day-to-day Front Office operational functions, including executive scheduling support, travel coordination, secure visitor control, and continuity of operations during leadership transitions.
- →Provides senior leadership with strategic counsel on operational risks, trade-offs, and mission implications associated with executive travel, scheduling, and resource decisions.
- →Represents the interests of the President and Chairman in cross-agency forums, task forces, and coordination efforts related to executive operations and protocol.
- →Provides leadership and direction while carrying out the full range of administrative and human resources responsibilities associated with first-line supervision.
- →Oversees workforce planning, succession planning, and the effective utilization of personnel and resources to achieve mission requirements and enhance organizational performance.
- →Establishes and enforces Front Office operating procedures, internal controls, and service standards to support informed executive decision-making.
- →Oversees the preparation, quality control, and strategic alignment of sensitive executive communications, including briefing materials and decision memoranda, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and readiness for senior-level review.
