Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Operations Support Office, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Watch, located in Washington, D.C. Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will oversee implementation and execution of the Web Emergency Operations Center, (WebEOC) program, within CBP Watch located in Washington, DC.
- →This position starts at a salary of $143,913.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10).

- →Typical duties may include: Implementing financial management procedures, performing financial management analysis, and providing guidance and recommendations to mission support team members via final work products.
- →Researching and conducting analysis of Federal Appropriations Laws, Federal Acquisition Regulations, OMB Circulars, DHS and CBP specific policies as they relate to the federal budget.
- →Utilizing position management, time and attendance, and financial systems to analyze payroll activity and position ceilings to ensure funding levels are sufficient.
- →Developing, leading, and evaluating policies in assigned areas of responsibilities related to budget, finance, payroll, position management, and procurement functions.
- →Providing technical and administrative supervision to subordinate employees, such as program analysts, budget analysts, and inventory specialists.
