What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANNING AND MANPOWER DIVISION (N13), MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL DEPT (N1) at NAVAL COMPUTER TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION PACIFIC (NCTAMS PAC).
- →You will be responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of various civilian personnel programs and services for NCTAMS PAC.
- →You will assist management personnel at subordinate stations at San Diego, Guam and Puget Sound.
- →You will serve as the primary advisor and subject matter expert to command management officials on issues pertaining to civilian personnel management guidelines, regulations and policies.
- →You will recommend procedural and process changes to achieve increased effectiveness, proper span of control, efficiency of operations, and economy of effort.
- →You will advise and assist managers/supervisors with recruitments/staffing, position classification, labor and employee relations and incentive awards.
- →You will advise and assist managers/supervisors on position management/classification, leave transfer program, performance management systems, and reorganizations/realignments.
- →You will prepare and maintain reports that monitor the loss/accession of all civilian personnel and ensures authorized end-strength/budgetary controls are not exceeded.
- →You will administer the performance management program for NCTAMS PAC area of responsibility.
