About the Role

Joining the Secret Service, Office of Strategy, Planning and Innovation will allow you to lead a team of analysts engaged in maintaining overall responsibility for internal agency policy and guidance documents, directives, and forms within the Secret Service. What You'll Do

  • →The selectee will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Office of Strategy, Planning, and Innovation.
  • →Typical work assignments include: Ensures a proactive approach to policy development through sustained engagement and liaison with external policy authorities, counterparts, and communities of interest to include participation in ad hoc or unique initiatives and task forces.
  • →Establishes and maintains liaison and coordination with senior officials on program and policy matters and recommends changes in assigned programs to accommodate the specific needs and requirements of employees and the Service to include change management processes, concepts, and techniques.
  • →Supervises and supports staff, including setting priorities, assigning and reviewing work, evaluating performance, supporting employee development, approving leave, resolving complaints, and addressing conduct or performance issues.

  • ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
