You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MARINE CORPS COMMUNITY SERVICES (MCCS) of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the senior analyst developing scheduled and unscheduled inspections of all activities by performing audit of accounting records, cash handling transactions, purchasing, and direct delivery and receiving documents.
- →You will conduct on-site investigations and inquiries into complaints of error, waste, and deviation from established policies and fraud in operational, financial, and accounting areas.
- →You will design site audit plans where and when thee is a high probability of significant findings, modify when changes to design a new approach determined from the preliminary finds.
- →You will recommend and explain change requirements to facilitate management buy in for reprogram operations.
- →You will conduct an internal control training class and on-site assistance to program managers related to financial record keeping and quality control reviews.
- →You will report cost benefits and return on investment (ROI) results gained from implementation of new processes.
- →You will approve leave, evaluate performance, counsel assigned personnel, recommends staffing levels, and/or select personnel for hire.
- →You will advise managers on methods for improving efficiencies by developing new or modify existing processes and procedure.
- →You will represent at briefings and meetings to a diverse audience to influence, implement findings, recommendations, and validate the organizations objectives.
