This position is located at Office of the Inspector General for Tax Admin,Office of Data Analytics. As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will serve as a supervisory employee, under the supervision of a Director, responsible for the administrative and technical products of the team.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will: Direct, assign, and ensure timely completion of data liaison and governance projects and activities across all TIGTA business units.
- →Adjust priorities and deadlines in order to address priority requests for projects.
- →When necessary, negotiate with heads of other units, deciding on and/or coordinating work-related changes, and advising superiors of problems.
- →Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data and artificial intelligence (AI) governance frameworks, policies, standards, and internal controls.
- →Ensure alignment of data and AI governance efforts with TIGTA mission, strategic goals, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- ✓TIGTA employees will remain at assigned duty location as long as they are located at any TIGTA core office.
- ✓The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.
- ✓One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
