You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER) in the S-1 DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for planning, analyzing, coordinating and providing direction for work assignments and projects.
- →You will be required to represent the S-1 Director /Deputy Director for all MCB Hawaii’s ‘Force Manpower’ activities and issues, during negotiations and decision making with other officials of adjacent or higher levels.
- →You will identify staff non-compliance with all MCB Hawaii’s ‘Force Manpower’ programs policies and procedures and report any non-compliance to the S-1 Director /Deputy Director as appropriate.
- →You will be responsible for management and/or program support such as; planning, research, analysis, and/or liaison for all manpower structure requirements.
- →You will be analyzing manpower/staffing problems in order to propose alternative solutions, such as revised organizational structures, realignment of functions, and/or realignment of staffing levels so as to meet mission requirements.
- →You will review and implement changes to organization(s) and resource controls/programs, and/or benchmarking studies of complex interrelated work processes and/or functions of MCB Hawaii.
