The primary purpose of this position, SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-11 is to To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 86th Fighter Weapons Squadron.
What You'll Do
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Squadron Support section Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations Serves as a senior analyst and subject matter expert for the most complex issues within the squadron
