About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION (TRF 430), PLANNING DEPARTMENT (TRF 400) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
What You'll Do
- →You will administer second level supervision over division employees/operations.
- →You will develop performance standards; plan work to be accomplished by subordinates; assign and review work based on priorities and consider the individual expertise and skills of employees.
- →You will provide command Logistics Technical Data management and technical documentation support to other TRIREFFAC and supported units.
- →You will execute Alteration/Configuration Management and integrate Logistics Support functions for OHIO class refits and in support of all work performed on all tended units at TRIREFFAC.
