About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the SUPPLY BRANCH of NCIS. All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. What You'll Do
- →You will supervise the work of subordinates.
- →You will set goals and objectives for accomplishing projects and establishing work standards.
- →You will provide program oversight to ensure timely integration of new or changing logistics concepts and to develop methods and techniques required for program execution.
- →You will review overall operations to determine operational problems to determine and implement changes necessary to meet long-range objectives.
- →You will ensure vehicle, safety, supplies and AA/E programs are in compliance with established laws and policies
