About the Role
This position is in a Regional, Subregional or Resident Office of the National Labor Relations Board. The incumbent of this position serves as the Assistant Regional Director and is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination, through subordinate supervisors, of the investigation, evaluation and informal resolution of all cases filed in the Regional Office.
What You'll Do
- →Recommending to the Regional Director cases on which formal advice should be obtained from the Headquarters and directing the preparation of requests for advice which includes presentation of facts and issues, case analysis, and the Regional Office position.
- →Conferring with supervisors and individual Labor Relations Investigators and Field Attorneys on problems requiring assistance in resolving questions of fact, proof, jurisdiction, law or Board practice, procedure, or precedent, or in planning the investigation, processing, or disposition of difficult cases.
