The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a supervisor providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over 8 nonsupervisory military and civilian personnel assigned to the USAFE-AFAFRICA Intelligence Directorates Intelligence Systems Support Branch (USAFE-AFAFRICA/A2XC). **Salary ranges include local market supplements.**
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of USAFE-AFAFRICA/A2XC, ensuring that Intelligence Systems Support and SIMO comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Represents USAFE-AFAFRICA/ A2 with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with key staff at DIA-EU RSC, USEUCOM/J2, AFRICOM/J2, DISA-EUR, HAF/A2, USAFE Staff agencies, other MAJCOM A2 staffs, AFISRA A60, 3AF/A2/A6,435 AGOW (Particularly 1 ACOS and 1CBCS), 86 Wing (particularly 86 CS).
- →Assures uniform application of guidance across the theater.
