You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the CODE 87500 High-Side Networks (HSN) Branch of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
What You'll Do
- →You will providing leadership and strategic direction for HSN cybersecurity, IT service management, network-system operations, and network-management efforts that sustain NIWC Pacific's core mission of Information Dominance/C4ISR.
- →You will develop, implement, and evaluate Intelligence Community and special program IT policies, standards, procedures, governance frameworks, and strategic plans to ensure compliance.
- →You will monitor emerging technologies, Federal, DoD, Intelligence Community, special program IT policy changes, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices to recommend strategic improvements and innovation initiatives.
- →You will be responsible for workforce planning, development, and management in accordance with Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) guidelines.
- →You will supervise and provide managerial direction to a staff of Cybersecurity and Information Technology (IT) professionals; and you will serve as the external-customer liaison for the HSN Branch.
