To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to HQ AFMA/SCS, to include strategic planning, capital planning/investment control, workforce planning, policy/standards development, resource/knowledge management, auditing and information assurance management.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Air Force Manpower Agency (AFMA), ensuring that the Communications .and Information Support Branch complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Air Force Manpower Agency with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Serves as the senior consultant to management in support of IT/IM policy and plans
