This position is located at Office of the Chief Information Officer Client Experience Center - CEC. This is not a remote position. You will be required to be in your duty station office per CEC telework policy.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory IT SPECIALIST (GROUP MANAGER), you will: Assign employee work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements.
- →Keep senior managers informed of any issues or requests by customers that might be elevated to a higher level.
- →Oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of major project areas.
- →Be responsible for the hiring and training of all new employees.
- →Prepare monthly reports to customer senior leadership.
Requirements
- ✓This supervisory position requires successful completion of USDA supervisor training per Departmental Regulation 4040-412-002.
- ✓Successful completion of the training curriculum is a requirement for those subject to a supervisory probation period.
