You will serve as a Supervisory IT Specialist in the US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Product Owner and Manager of Learning Ecosystem, encompassing the Learning Management System (LMS), Student Information System (SIS), data warehouses, reporting tools, student portals, and data exchange integrations.
- →You will direct the research, design, development, testing, and continuous innovation of the learning ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on best-in-class Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) technology.
- →You will provide expert technical direction and oversight to project managers, engineers, IT professionals, and contracted business support staff to ensure projects are executed on schedule and within fiscal constraints.
- →You will maintain deep expertise in current and emerging distance learning technologies, including mobile platforms, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), Competency-Based Education (CBE), and asynchronous learning modalities.
- →You will direct the preparation of critical program documentation for systems engineering and acquisition and advise USNCC leadership on technology trends and policies impacting the ecosystem.
- →You will ensure all systems compliance and adherence to organizational requirements, including FedRAMP approvals, IT regulations, records administration, in performing job duties.
- →You will provide full technical and administrative supervision of team members.
