This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/NETWORK), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Services Staff, Service Delivery Staff, and Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations Directorate in Washington, DC. The incumbent is responsible for providing executive leadership for enterprise infrastructure and information, security governance, organizational management, national security protection, and strategic IT program oversight.
What You'll Do
- →The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/NETWORK) GS-2210-15 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Provides authoritative guidance related to agency IT security program.
- →Manages needed changes to policies that are based on new security technologies or threats.
- →Provides analysis, interpretation, and recommendations regarding agency cybersecurity initiatives applying to security architecture and secure systems infrastructure.
- →Monitors and assesses major systems initiatives to include enterprise architecture enhancements, asset commitments, software upgrades, integration design, configuration management, data encryption control, and supporting critical agency IT requirements.
- →Manages Department plans and budget estimates while analyzing systems requirements in response to business requirements and risks.
