This position is located in U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This position is a leadership role as Division Director of the Identity, Credential and Access Management Division (ICAMD) of the Cybersecurity & Privacy Operations Center (CPOC). Overseeing enterprise-wide cybersecurity functions, privacy, risk management, threat protection, and compliance to ensure the safety of USDA's food and agriculture mission.
What You'll Do
- →Directs administrative activities (such as budget, management analysis, or personnel) conducted throughout, or covering the operations of, the agency's headquarters or most of its field establishment.
- →Plan, assign, review and accept, amend or reject work done by teams and subordinates.
- →Assign performance ratings, approve awards and take performance-based corrective actions.
- →Identify, assess, and recommend cybersecurity or cybersecurity-enabled products for use within a system and ensure that recommended products are in compliance with organization's evaluation and validation requirements.
- →Lead the design, deployment, and management of Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) solutions.
- →Execute responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) systems.
- →Develop and implement the strategic vision for ICAM within the Department, aligning it with Zero Trust architecture Collaborate and work closely with senior stakeholders and component organizations to promote ICAM initiatives and ensure seamless integration across various platforms and applications.
- →Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) and Cybersecurity to effectively guide the organization.
