About the Position: This announcement is for a Supervisory Interdisciplinary position located at the U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) with a duty location of White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, in the Test Technology Directorate. What You'll Do
- →Lead complex test and evaluation programs for aviation, missile, and sensor systems, integrating engineering, cost, schedule, and technical requirements across the test center.
- →Direct multidisciplinary teams in planning and executing test programs, preparing test documentation, safety analyses, and coordinating required resources.
- →Provide engineering and technical guidance to senior leaders, project managers, labs, and contractors on life-cycle test strategies and system performance.
- →Represent the command on teams and boards, negotiating agreements, resolving technical conflicts, and influencing decisions affecting major test programs.
- →Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinate staff, set priorities, resolve employee concerns, and implement training and development initiatives.
