About the Role
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located with the Army Chief of Staff in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the Senior Civilian in the INSCOM Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff-Operations-Operations Directorate.
- →Provide technical and administrative supervision to subordinates in execution of operational, personnel, and position management responsibilities.
- →Develop close liaisons with counterparts in government agencies.
- →Provide management and oversight of operations.
- →Represent INSCOM in interservice/interagency working groups, meetings, and committees and interact with high level officials within other agencies.
