About the Role
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Mission Support, Army Chief of Staff, at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Perform day to day oversight over intelligence operations.
- →Identify organizational opportunities and assessing capability gaps while develop/advocate new modernization related intelligence requirements and activities.
- →Manage the full hiring life cycle, facilitating personnel changes, and filling vacancies to on-boarding new staff.
- →Represent the organization at high level meetings and developing and maintaining active partnerships with key organizational intelligence personnel.
