About the Role
About the Position: Serves as the Chief of the Center for Faculty and Staff Development (CFSD) and as the principal consultant and technical authority to the Commandant and senior staff on all matters pertaining to adult education, instructional systems design (ISD), and faculty development.
What You'll Do
- →Direct the entire lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) of the Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) and the Common Faculty Development Program (CFDP).
- →Providing expert guidance to school deans and resolving complex or controversial compliance issues.
- →Analyze results of high-level student critiques and After-Action Reviews to direct systemic improvements to the Institute's instructional methodologies.
- →Manage and budget for the WHINSEC Faculty Development and Faculty Recognition Programs.
- →Conduct research and apply knowledge of Instructional Systems Design and Spanish language grammar and instruction to design courses.
