About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, Mission Support Command, Associate Chief of Staff, G-6 located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Oversee programs and functions, including SIGINT AO Support and Technical Control, the G6 Cybersecurity Program, Command Inspection Program support, G6 Contracting and Budget, Security and Continuity of Operations, Archives, Records, and Publishing.
- →Provide expert technical guidance for the command's Signal Intelligence activities.
- →Ensure enforcement of security policies across the organization.
- →Maintain all cybersecurity tools, such as vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- →Manage the HQ INSCOM G6 budget, to include programming and budget execution.
- →Ensure the Archives are managed in accordance with all regulations from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and the Army.
