About the Role

This position is located on a in Business Operations, Chief Information Office .The Incumbent leads by example in defining a customer service culture to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and civility and ensures that whenever possible the CIO staff cultivates partnerships with customers in developing solutions to meet their needs. What You'll Do

  • →Manages significant elements or phases of projects related to major agency functions, programs, or projects.
  • →Provides high-level technical expertise and major technical responsibility for developing, monitoring, and maintaining multiple databases or applications.
  • →Exercises broad latitude to develop policy and guidelines related to database performance and operational issues.
  • →Develops or directs the development of analysis standards for IT projects or systems with national impact.
  • →Provides technical and administrative supervision to employees in a variety of professional and non-professional occupations.

Requirements

  • ✓Must be a U.S.
  • ✓Citizen or National.
  • ✓Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service or exempt.
  • ✓Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
  • ✓Per Public Law 104-134 all Federal employees are required to have federal payments made by direct deposit to their financial institution.

  • ✓Subject to one-year supervisory/managerial probationary period (unless prior service is creditable).
