This position is location negotiable upon selection at a CEC duty location within one of the following states: Alaska Arizona California Colorado Nevada Utah Wyoming This position is located at Office of the Chief Information Officer Technical Support Division. This is not a remote position. You will be required to be in your duty station office per CEC telework policy.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Information Technology Program Manager, you will: Serve as a Branch Chief for a major region or enterprise functional area that may include multiple states and groups, the Headquarters locations of Washington, DC., International service areas, multiple offices, or multiple enterprise technological or functional areas.
- →Manage all activities required within the branch to ensure customers receive the information technology support outlined in the Service Level Agreements and aligned with enterprise best practices and standards.
- →The incumbent serves a critical role in providing leadership, planning and supporting the organization's strategic goals, and operationalizing activities to deliver standardized services..
Requirements
- ✓This supervisory position requires successful completion of USDA supervisor training per Departmental Regulation 4040-412-002.
- ✓Successful completion of the training curriculum is a requirement for those subject to a supervisory probation period.
