What You'll Do
- →The position serves as the Chief, Market Intelligence Division (DLA Energy-BPM).
- →Responsible for the management and direction of technical advice on energy industry and economic market conditions considered in DLA Energy materiel management program operations.
- →Manages division program responsibilities of Market and Research Analysis, Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), and Cost and Price market analyses studies to determine trends affecting petroleum/natural - - gas markets and long-range planning of the energy industry.
- →Manages comprehensive impact studies on future domestic development and foreign energy sources of fuel supply to DoD and Federal agencies.
- →Ensures analyses of production and capabilities contingency or emergency planning is current.
- →Directs and oversees coordination of subordinates acting as SPR points of contact with the Department of Energy on all SPR guidance related matters.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
