The position is with the Office of Defense Programs, Office of Stockpile Management, Office of Stockpile Production Integration. A successful candidate will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer-Physical Scientist provides technical expertise, in leveraging technologies by liaises with maturation programs to remain updated with technologies, analyzes operations, and represents the organization in high-level meetings and negotiations to ensure strategic alignment and informed decision-making.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory General Engineer-Physical Scientist you will: Manages the development of policy changes in response to changes in levels of appropriations or other legislative or policy changes.
- →Participates in multi-year planning, implementation, and integration of programmatic and technical activities throughout the NNSA nuclear security enterprise regarding stockpile production integration objectives.
- →Provides advice to leadership on leveraging maturing technologies, liaising with technology maturation programs to remain abreast of applicable technologies and processes, analyzing and evaluating program objectives/operations, related resource requirements Developing, managing, and directing for all stockpile production integration activities to meet defense program requirements.
- →Provides management oversight, policy direction and guidance, and coordination of the nuclear weapons portion of the Stockpile Stewardship and Management Plan.
Requirements

- ✓Must be able to obtain/maintain a Q level Security Clearance.
- ✓You must be a United States Citizen.
