The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Chief of Requirements & Optimization through organizing,directing, and exercising control over supervisory employees within the Requirements & Optimization Section,Operations Engineering Element, Operations Flight, 36th Civil Engineer Squadron. What You'll Do
- →Critical Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Section Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Represents the Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Communicates and coordinates Section issues with higher headquarters, regulatory agencies, other installation units, community officials, etc.
- →Directs the development and execution of Section budget and work classification system in support of engineering/operations planning and execution.
