The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Facilities Manager and first level supervisor, providing planning, direction, organization, and control over nonsupervisory employees in support of facilities maintenance and facilities sustainment, restoration, modernization (FSRM) project management in all USSOCOM Headquarters facilities, grounds, and parking lots.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of USSOCOM Facilities Maintenance and Space Planning Branch, ensuring that SOCOM Headquarters complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents Command Engineer with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Performs additional related duties as assigned by the Command Engineer, Deputy Chief of Staff or the Chief of Staff.
