The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Chief and program manager, organizing, directing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees within the Civil Engineer (CE) Squadron's Operations Engineering Element.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Element.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Element with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Communicates and coordinates Element issues with higher headquarters, regulatory agencies, other installation units, community officials, etc.
- →Directs the development and execution of Element budget and work classification system in support of engineering/operations planning and execution.
